Philip has worked as an illustrator and One-man-ad-agency for many years. Using all media from water-color to pastel to airbrush to Photoshop on his Mac. Working on Children's book projects, informal portraits, murals, and corporate group caricatures through his own website. In his personal workshop Philip creates 3D party decor for events nationwide. As a party performer, Philip specializes in Loving CARE-icatures, positive, flattering, and quick personality sketches. Philip also does Gift Caricatures.

	SERVES	• New York City, Rockland and Westchester County NY; most of Connecticut and New Jersey. Travel charges apply outside this area.
	RATE*	• $145 per hour, 3 hour minimum.
	SPEED**	• Up to 20 people per hour, black and white, heads only • Up to 15 people per hour, black and white, with bodies • Up to 15 people per hour, color, heads only • Up to 12 people per hour, color, with bodies
	SIZE	• 11" x 17" OR 11" x 14"
	MEDIA	• Black marker and colored chalk.
	REQUIRES	from customer • One chair and an electric outlet.
	GROUPS	• Up to three people in one drawing (takes the same time as separate drawings).
	ALSO OFFERS	• Clear plastic bags to protect drawings - no charge. Caricatures on custom-printed paper and t-shirts - separate charges.
