| Jeffrey is a native of New Hampshire and relocated to Florida in '91. Jeffrey works as a contract artist in Walt Disney World and other local areas in Central Florida. He has drawn hundreds of thousands of cartoon caricatures in the 18 years he's been in business. Jeffrey's party style offers great likenesses and exaggeration in a cartoon, animated type style.
