Always a hit at parties, Elgin has captivated audiences at Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Holiday Parties, Anniversaries, Corporate Parties and Fund Raisers. He's even made dogs howl with delight with his "Doggie-chures" for The American Cancer Society's annual Dogs Walk for Cancer.
