Billy is a native of Lugoff , South Carolina. He has been sketching since childhood. He began his career as an accomplished artist and Illustrator in 1990. He has been commissioned by many Corporate and Non Profit Organizations and has Had the privilege of working with South Carolina local celebrities drawing and painting Portraits and Caricatures. Billy is a former Caricature Artist for Disney World and currently a Caricature Artist at Universal Orlando.
